Top 5 Virtual Pet Apps on Android in Romania: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, virtual pet applications continued to capture the interest of Android users in Romania. Here's a look at how the top five apps performed, according to data from Sensor Tower.

My Talking Tom 2 saw a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 32K at the beginning of January and dropping to 8.6K by the end of March. Despite this, weekly active users peaked at around 135K mid-February before decreasing to 93K by the end of the quarter.

For My Talking Angela 2, weekly downloads began at 21K and decreased to 6.4K by the end of March. Weekly revenue showed sporadic increases, notably peaking at $155 in late March. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, starting at 91K and ending at 80K.

My Talking Tom Friends experienced a decline in downloads from 15.7K to 5.1K over the quarter. Active users also dropped, beginning at 73K and ending at 33.5K.

My Talking Tom had a downward trend in downloads, with numbers falling from 9K to 3.4K. However, active users increased, reaching a peak of 71.5K in late February before decreasing to 41K by the end of March.

Finally, My Talking Hank: Islands started with 9.6K downloads, declining to 2.9K by the end of the quarter. Active user numbers also saw a decrease from 33K to 21K.
